Follow the instructions below.
1. Go to http://join.me and click the "start meeting" button.
2.Click "Save File" to save the join.me.exe file to your download location.
3. Go to your download location and double-click the join.me executable file.
4. Go to the "Start menu" to locate the application to run it.
That's all there is to it!
Now you are ready for remote assistance. Whenever you need remote assistance, call the Help Desk and we will ask you to launch a JOINME session so we can see your screen.
